Is your company insured?

We are. Stump Stompers carries full Public Liability Insurance.
Project Process

What is the project process?

During the initial phone query, general information as to what is required will be gathered and an appointment set for a free, on site consultation. The proposed site will be assessed and a quote in full for the project will be presented at that time.

During what hours are you available to meet customers?

I am available to meet with clients during daytime and evening hours.
Cleanup

Do you remove rubbish arising from project?

We do. All stumps, trees, hedges or rubbish relating to the project will be removed.

Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?

It is, as per agreement.
Aftercare

Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?

Any problems relating to the work carried out will of course be sorted to customer satisfaction.
